Recently four Innisfail State College boys travelled to the Gold Coast to participate in the Open Boys Rugby Union State Championships. The boys played against the best U17/18 rugby union players in Queensland and gained huge experience, especially against the boys from the SE corner.
A special congratulations goes out to Noah and Vinnie who were selected in the Queensland Reds Indigenous Development Squad. The boys will travel south later in the year to attend training camps and play in the National Championships.
