EXPRESSION OF INTEREST | TENDER REQUEST
Innisfail State College – Formal Night | Thursday 10 September 2026
Innisfail State College invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified venues and event providers within the Innisfail community to provide a quote to host the Innisfail State College 2026 School Formal for up to 140 guests.
The formal will be held on Thursday, 10 September 2026. This is a significant event for ISC senior students and we are seeking a professional, safe and well-organised setting that reflects the importance of the occasion.
Tender submissions must include provision (or coordination) of the following:
- Venue hire (air-conditioned)
- Security services
- Cleaning services
- Tables and chairs
- Catering (food) for up to 140 guests
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Speaker system, lectern and microphones
- Projector and full audiovisual equipment
- Toilets
- Red carpet entry
- Bollards or crowd control barriers
- Designated safe arrival area for students
- Suitable viewing area for guests
Providers may submit as a single package or indicate which services they can supply if working collaboratively with other local businesses.
All submissions should clearly outline:
- Venue capacity
- Included services and equipment
- Pricing structure
- Availability for 10 September
- Insurance and relevant licences
- Experience with similar events (preferred)
