Year 11 student Lila Anderson recently represented ISC at the Ministerial Student Advisory Council (MSAC) meeting held in Brisbane on Friday 27 March 2026. The contributions of the student advisory council members were highly valued and will inform the ongoing work of the Department of Education.
During the meeting, MSAC delegates shared insights and feedback on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in schools, the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and active citizenship. Lila participated in presentations led by departmental staff and worked collaboratively with other students to develop a summary of discussions, which was presented to the Minister and Director General. Lila will attend another session during the school year. Well done Lila!
